Alcort Sunfish ZIP 01 Jun 20 Letterbox Repair Backer Plate

01 Jun 20:

Picked up some 1/4 inch AB marine grade plywood.


Made a pattern of the plug area.


Trimmed the plug backer plate, there will be about 1 inch overlap under the deck and a 3/4 inch shelf for the plug to attach to.
