Captain John Sinclair - Patriot, Privateer and Alleged Pirate

Here is a presentation that we put together for the Isle of Wight County, VA Historical Society on one of our hometown Mariners of the 18th Century, Captain John Sinclair. We love how it was the use of small boats that outwitted and outlasted the enormous ships of the British Fleet during the American Revolution, using boats that were well suited for creeks, rivers and coastal trade routes.
