From the 1994 files, just back from a day sail on Corpus Christi Bay with our 1974 Catalina 22 GOSHAWK, got buzzed by dolphins. GOSHAWK was a fun boat, swing keel, pop top, plenty of room for 4 people, nice cabin with setee. Comfortable to sail and easy to work the rig.
The pop top was versatile, the cabin hatch could slide forward or the entire section could swivel up and froward on 4 arms, which created enough head room to stand in the cabin. (Sailing Texas image below).
We sailed GOSHAWK from the Navy marina for a while, to and from downtown Corpus and out to Mustang Island. Then we trailer-sailed her for a bit, played around in the Intercoastal and raided Snoopy's on Padre Island a time or two. Also launched from the downtown L-Head.
