    Dear All
    I recently bought a Navigator II 400 inflatable boat. I want to build myself a sunfish sail rigging type.
    I need some information such as:
    - the most appropriate length and diameter of the Aluminium mast.
    - the most appropriate length and diameter of poles (spars).
    - the sail shape and dimensions
    - angle between the 2 spars
    A plan will be wonderful if any.

      Mast -

      Style: Round Tube
      Finish: Clear Anodized
      Length: 10' (3.05 m)
      OD: 2-1/4" (57.15 mm)
      Wall Thickness: .083" (2.11 mm)


      Spars -

      Style: Round Tube
      Finish: Clear Anodized
      Length: 13' 8" (4.17 m)
      OD 1-1/2" (38.1 mm)
      Wall Thickness: .065" (1.65 mm)

      Sail is a triangle, just over 13 feet long. Might be best to find a used one on The Sunfish Forum.
