We are outfitting RV SUPER POKEY for land based mess abouts and wanted a small first aid kit. By sheer luck I bought the Day Hike Kit from Hart, it comes with a lot of useful items packed into a small kit. Small enough to fit in one hand and very light.
The kit is made by Hart Outdoor, turns out they've been in the business of outdoor First Aid Kits for 44 years. The kit is thoughtfully stocked with the items that might be needed for 2 people out on a one day mess about.
Bandages, topical medications and a few other items like moleskin and scissors will meet our needs. The items are packaged in 3 compartments, and I was impressed with the organization of the kit.
The kit also comes with a Quick Guide that covers a lot of First Aid information
We bought our kit form Sportsman's Guide. Hart also sells larger kits.
