Took care of some home improvement projects and a survey on a 2002 Caledonia Yawl. She has some issues, needs extensive repair to some planking, frames and a few other bits. Needs a TILEX bath. Lots of finish to remove and repaint. Potential delaminated trunk. Serviceable sail rig and rudder. Trailer needs all the rolling bits and axle, lights. We could see some nice bare hull bones and a knowledgeable restoration team could put her back in service. She's been donated to a non-profit and hopefully her hero will show up soon, before the storage damage takes her beyond economical repair
